Shenzhen Tribunal of GZMC and SIFFA jointly Investigated Legal Issues Involved in Cross-border E-commerce Logistics

On July 15th, in accordance with the requirements of the party history learning and education activity, Luo Chun, Chief Judge of Shenzhen Tribunal of GZMC, led a team to the Shenzhen International Freight Forwarders Association SIFFAto jointly investigate new legal issues arising from cross-border e-commerce logistics. The executive vice president of SIFFA Wang Yongfei, secretary-general Lin Yanlu, business representatives, representatives of specially invited mediators, some judges and judge assistants of Shenzhen Tribunal participated in the symposium.

At the symposium, participants conducted in-depth exchanges on cross-border logistics disputes refer to the FBA business models ,construction of overseas warehouse , law application, compensation limits and other issues. Through this investigation and discussion, the two parties reached a preliminary consensus and will continue to strengthen communication and cooperation, collect problems and study countermeasures, so as to help the development of the cross-border logistics industry, put forward high-quality suggestions for the decision-making reference of Shenzhen municipal party committee and municipal government, provide legal guarantees for the construction of a pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
